Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, your scope of work are very huge. Whatever regrading your site will be either directly or indirectly become your responsibility. Here are some common of our duty when your project head pass a project to you.

Responsibilities:

  1. To assist Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager in managing construction projects and in charge of full aspect of engineering requirements.
  2. To manage project and ensure all construction jobs are completed on time and to the specifications and standards required.
  3. To prepare and monitor daily site diary, manpower chart and site progress report.
  4. To constantly ensure project management cost is kept within budget.
  5. Reviews site safety plan, carries out sit and safety inspections during construction, documents findings and implements recommendation for improvement.
  6. To liaise with subcontractors and client/ consultants to ensure all works are carried as per drawings and specifications.
  7. To control wastage and delivery of material to site.
  8. To liaise with client, consultant and local authorities.
  9. To oversee the day to day construction works carried out by the appointed sub contractors.
  10. To handle and resolve client's complaints, technical and site logistic issues.
  11. Organizes and participates in site meetings, reviews inspection schedules, completes inspection checklists.
  12. To enforce quality plan to ensure highest quality of work.
  13. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed.
